WOW Wedding

The Build with WOW Homes and Get Married Promotion is for new clients who sign up to build with WOW Homes during 1 August 2023 and 31 October 2023. Applications for this promotion will close on 31 October and no further applications will be accepted beyond this date.  

All eligible clients must obtain finance through our internal finance brokers Maxon Finance.

Client must enter an approved building contract with WOW Group WA Pty Ltd and WOW Holdings WA Pty Ltd and achieve the construction stage Slab Down.

The client can opt to use $15,000 towards their wedding plans or redeem as direct discount from the construction total of their home upon signing the PPA, Preparation of Plans Agreement. At PPA stage a minimum deposit of $1,500 is required and payable to WOW Homes.

If a discount has not been applied to the PPA, the payment of $15,000 for the Build and Get Married Promotion will be payable to the client once the client achieves the construction stage Slab Down.

Build and Get Married Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion by WOW Homes.

The Build and Get Married Promotion is subject to change at the absolute discretion of WOW Homes.

WOW Homes also reserves the right to alter, extend or amend the conditions associated with this promotion at its absolute discretion.

The Build and Get Married Promotion is not available to non-standard designs also know as “one-off designs”. The client must be an Australian citizen/resident

Personal information provided to WOW Homes by an applicant for the purpose of entering the Promotion will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with WOW Homes Privacy Policy. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented,

loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the WOW Homes privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.

Eligible clients who have signed a building contract for the Build and Get Married promotion, will also go into a draw where one lucky winner will receive a voucher of $5K to go towards their honeymoon. The winner will receive payment by way of voucher from a travel agency nominated by WOW Homes.

BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WOW Homes at their sole discretion will determine, if a breach has occurred, regardless of whether a notice of default has or has not been provided to you. The (Build and get Married) promotion will cease to apply if there is a breach of the terms and conditions set out herewith including but not limited to

  1. Failing to comply with the terms and conditions as set out in the Preparation of Plans Agreement or Building Contract; and or
  2. Failing to pay progress payment on time or pay any other outstanding amount when they fall due or delaying any monies due to WOW Homes from any lending institution or by way of your personal funds owed to WOW Homes for the purpose of the construction of the home; and or
  3. Any interference to the building works by any act or omission by you; and or
  4. Any delay loss caused by legal proceedings in respect of the property or building works or an order of a relevant authority; and or
  5. Any other matter that extends the time for practical completion under the relevant building contract this will result in the house to be with held until all matters are resolved.

All eligible customers of wow homes who sign up for the wedding promotion within the specified promotion months of 1st of August to October 31st, 2023 , will automatically qualify to enter a draw to win their honeymoon up to the value of $8000.

One lucky winner will be drawn. All entrants must have proceeded through to slab down before the draw takes place.Maxon

Triple The Grant™​

This promotion pertains ONLY to the original $10,000 First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) offered by the WA State Government.

The Triple The Grant™ promotion is for a sum of $30,000 comprised of the following components, being the $10,000 FHOG, a $15,000 reduction from usual base retail house price and a $5,000 credit towards the Prestart Allowance.

This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion by WOW Homes.

Promotion is subject to change at the absolute discretion of WOW Homes. WOW also reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this promotion at its absolute discretion. The promotion is available on all our ranges excluding the Breeze Range.

The promotion is not available to non-standard designs (one off’s). To be eligible for this promotion you must be an Australian citizen/resident, and must also enter a building contract with WOW Group (W.A.) Pty Ltd which must proceed through to completion. Note that a high ceiling inclusion may require customisation to meet design requirements, which may incur additional costs. The home must be constructed in a locality approved by WOW Homes within the Perth metropolitan area.

On signing of a PPA (Preparation Of Plans Agreement), a $1,500 to $2,500 deposit will be required to be paid. The FHOG forms part of this promotion and is a separate government incentive and is thus subject to your eligibility for the same. If you don’t qualify for FHOG you may still be eligible for $15,000 off the base retail price of the home and $5,000 credit applied towards your Prestart allowance.

The promotion is for a limited time only and may end at the sole discretion of WOW Group (W.A.) Pty Ltd, although may be similarly extended or continued. WOW Homes may also limit the promotion to new clients in the month of promotion only. Any promotions on offer by WOW Homes are not applicable to clients that have delayed title lots or are subject to savings plans.

Personal information provided by an entrant to WOW Homes for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with WOW Homes Privacy Policy. 9 Month Quick Build Strategy

Important notice: 9 Month Quick Build Time is not currently available. This promotion only pertains to clients who have signed Preparation of Plans Agreement between 1 August 2022 to 29 March 2024.

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Western Australia.
WOW Homes – “9 Month Quick Build Strategy” Promotion: Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the promotion by WOW Group WA Pty Ltd (141 782 283) trading as WOW Homes (WOW homes , we, our, us) known as  “Quick Build Strategy”, under which WOW Homes assures, represents, or states to customers or potential customers (you or your) that a home built by WOW Homes will be built . The 9 Month Quick Build Strategy will henceforth be referred to as the ‘Quick Build Strategy’ for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

Quick Build Strategy

  • These terms are important. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms outline when the Quick Build Strategy does not apply. These conditions explain when WOW Homes will not comply with the Quick Build Strategy. Subject to these terms and conditions, WOW Homes undertakes that practical completion of a home the subject of a signed Preparation of Plans Agreement will be no longer than 9 months after the first brick is laid on your home (as determined by WOW Homes, using best endeavours) (Quick Build Strategy).

What product and home design does this apply to?

  • Quick Build Strategy applies to the construction of a home that is the subject of a signed Preparation of Plans Agreement entered into between 1 August 2022 to 29 March 2024 (inclusive) (Henceforth known as the offer period), which is not terminated. The Quick Build Strategy does not apply if you do not enter into a Preparation of Plans Agreement during the Offer Period. We may at our discretion extended the offer.
  • Quick Build Strategy only applies to homes that meet the following criteria:
    1. A single-storey home on a green title lot or survey strata lot and
    2. A home design that is not a double-storey home and
    3. The home design is a standard WOW Homes design only and
    4. The home is built within WOW Homes building areas Perth to Peel between Dawesville in the south, Two Rocks in the north and an area to the east, determined by WOW Homes and
    5. The home design does not materially vary from the standard WOW Homes design (as determined by WOW Homes) and
    6. The home is built utilising WOW Homes standard trades and suppliers; owner supplied items and owner provided trades or subcontractors are not permitted and
    7. No other promotion has been applied to the build (as determined by WOW Homes)

Delays outside of our control?

  • It is at the sole discretion of WOW Homes if the Quick Build Strategy Promotion applies if the below events take place.

Events that may delay or halt progress of construction but not limited to):

  1. Acts of God, inclement weather, explosion, landslide, flood, fire, washout, lightning, storm, tempest, earthquake or otherwise.
  2. Strike, lockout, holidays granted in accordance with industrial laws, stoppage or restraint of labour or other industrial disturbance or dispute (whether lawful or unlawful); military action, insurrection, riot or civil commotion; war (declared or undeclared), act of public enemies. expropriation by any governmental or military agency or authority, sabotage, restraints, embargoes or other acts by any governmental agency or authority.
  3. Breakdown of or accident to plant, machinery, or equipment.
  4. A shortage in the supply of labour, materials, or delays in transport.
  5. Acts of vandalism, damage, or theft in relation to the building.
  6. Any restrictions or interruption (including the availability of materials or labour) which is required or directed by a government agency imposed to deal with the family of viruses known as novel coronavirus COVID-19.
  7. Alterations to the building works.

If a Delay Event has occurred, WOW Homes may by notice to you at any time extend the end of the Quick Build Strategy or cancel and terminate the promotion. We may at the sole discretion of WOW Homes extend an opportunity to fulfil the Quick Build Strategy based upon the event and time lost during a potential event at the time if one was to occur.

When does the Quick Build Strategy not apply or cease to apply?

  1. If there are variation or change to the design, or if the building contract is varied in any way; at our discretion, we may decide in these circumstances if the Quick Build Strategy will be voided or permissible. If you change your mind about the design, build, and/or specifications; you will void the 9-month quick build strategy and it will no longer apply.

WOW Homes at their sole discretion will determine, if a breach has occurred, regardless of whether a notice of default has or has not been provided to you. The Quick Build Strategy promotion will cease to apply if there is a breach of the terms and conditions set out herewith including but not limited to

  1. Failing to comply with the terms and conditions as set out in the Preparation of Plans Agreement or Building Contract; and or
  2. Failing to pay progress payment on time or pay any other outstanding amount when they fall due or delaying any monies due to WOW Homes from any lending institution or by way of your personal funds owed to WOW Homes for the purpose of the construction of the home; and or
  3. Any interference to the building works by any act or omission by you; and or
  4. Any delay caused by legal proceedings in respect of the property or building works or an order of a relevant authority; and or
  5. Any other matter that extends the time for practical completion under the relevant building contract.

Compensation (Subject to the above terms)

  • If we fail to build the home to “practical completion” within 9 months from the date the first brick is laid, WOW Homes will pay you a maximum monthly amount of $1,200 until the home is completed, up to a “maximum” of 2 months. If practical completion occurs at mid-month of either of the two months, the fee payable will be calculated on a pro rata basis. All payments will be considered in respect to fall under the relevant home building contract.

This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion (unless expressly permitted by WOW Homes). WOW Homes reserves the right to change, alter, amend, withdraw, or terminate this promotion at any time at its discretion without notice. Correct at 15/04/2024

Santa-Paws' Alfresco Promotion

Eligible applicants will receive a gift voucher for an outdoor setting package to the value of $3,299 from Amart Furniture and a gift voucher for a barbeque to the value of $5,989 from Retravision. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Green House Promotion

‘The Green House’ Promotion is for new clients who sign up to build with WOW Homes between 1 May 2023 and 30 June 2023. To be eligible clients must qualify for finance and enter a building contract with WOW Homes.

If eligible, clients will receive

  • up to a 3.3kw solar panel system (single phase, 8 module)
  • an electric heat pump
  • an induction cooktop
  • up to 22 LED downlights
  • a communications package.

Upgrades of inclusions may be available; clients will need to speak to their House and Land Specialist for more details and pricing.

The location of solar power system panels may be determined by Land Developer guidelines and/or the orientation of the house/sun.

Western Power has introduced Energy Solar Management to all solar systems installed as of 14 March 2022. At minimum, the homeowner must have a suitable Wi-Fi connection available at the home and connect the solar inverter to the Wi-Fi connection, and in turn the applicable API cloud monitoring solution before the solar system is used for solar generation. If the solar installers are required to return to site to connect the Wi-Fi on the client’s behalf, this will attract a minimum call out fee payable directly to the solar installers.

Inclusions will be provided to suit the client’s house design and specification level. Inclusions are subject to availability. An equal value alternative will be provided should items be discontinued.

Applicable to all House & Land Packages.

The land component of this package may not be owned by WOW Homes, however we have been provided authority to advertise by the land owner. At the time of listing the price was correct and the land was still available for sale.

Prices in respect of advertised “House and Land Packages” are estimates based upon available blocks of land at time of publication. Prices specified may vary and be subject to change once all site works plans are completed and the current market value of the land and other relevant costs are taken into consideration. WOW Homes and the owner of the land reserve the right to alter the home, land and site work prices.

Photos and illustrations are also for illustration purposes only. Elevations, features, landscaping, retaining walls, fences, lighting, planter boxes, and letterboxes which may be included in the pictures or illustrations may not come standard with the House and Land package purchased, and will be an additional cost. Please speak with a WOW Homes House and Land Specialist for details on inclusions and for any clarification.

Changes to any house design chosen by the buyer may also affect the purchase price. Prices which include an estimate for site preparation costs and which were included in the package as a provisional sum and are subject to change without notice dependent on the results of any site survey, engineers report and earthworks quotation obtained by the builder. Estimated prices do not include Government stamp duty costs or any other external or third party charges that are payable by the buyer.

'House Prices Starting From' Advertisements

From time to time, WOW Homes will advertise, through various media including but not limited to social media, ‘house prices starting from’. The advertised prices are reflective of our base Emerald specification for the floorplan represented in the advertisement. All advertised prices are indicative only, and exclude siteworks allowances, design amendments and alterations of any kinds.

Good Looker Elevations

Deluxe Elevations serve as a style guide only and provide an indication of where elements and structural features can be applied to a home design. Due to weather, front door entry selection are subject to home orientation. The final product may need to be altered to fit your floor plan. All elements of your chosen elevation will be applied where possible. Due to development guidelines of your land estate, your home plan may need to vary from the proposed design. A final draft of you home will be provided to you when your contracts and full working draws are finalized.

Please Note: buildups, steps, planter boxes, fencing, landscaping, letterboxes and light fixtures do not form part of the elevation, unless otherwise specified in the building contract.
