You couldn’t get a more appropriate name for this business, from start to finish we’ve used the word WOW. Friends and neighbours also “Wow they’re at plate height already”, “Wow your house will be finished before mine”, Wow you’ve got a great builder”.
We couldn’t be more impressed. Professional and personable, caring and accommodating, from a customer service point of view these wonderful people are first class all the way. Our sales consultant Eddie worked tirelessly to get us a block and design that suited us and our budget. The finance broker Ted from Snap home loans equally went above and beyond to get us a great deal. At pre-start Hannah treated us like VIP’s and when we wanted changes she and the team implemented them swiftly and painlessly on the day. Hang our liaison during the build kept us informed at every stage which was amazing. Darren the building supervisor clearly had control of the build from day 1. The finishing on the house is perfect, at first PCI there were only 2 issues to be corrected, one of those being the outdoor taps that someone had stolen from the site- obviously out of their control.
They didn’t pillage the provisional amounts of the contract like other builders do -resulting in us coming in under budget. They finished ahead of schedule. They worked hard for us, and genuinely shared our excitement at each milestone. They produced a high quality product and they did it for a great price.

We would recommend WOW Homes to anyone. Their service from start to finish is superb. We received fortnightly updates about the progress and Hang responded promptly and clearly each time I had questions. Darren our building manager did a fabulous job. The house was finished on time as well. Thank you WOW homes for making our first building experience as stress free as possible.

Small defects upon handover were handled promptly and willingly. No surprise costs and very happy with the inclusions. The home is so beautiful, thank you to the team for all of your support. Experience and familiarity with all products and inclusions was apparent throughout my prestart and really good showroom for visualization.

Building at the time we did we were expecting delays and headaches to a degree, but boy were we wrong. Building with WOW was amazing from sales to key handover. Salesman Jaemyn was amazing to deal with and answered all our questions quickly. Prestart with Hannah was amazing, building construction manager Hang was awesome to deal with. Then our site supervisor Spencer was an absolute legend. The whole process had amazing communication, everyone was super personable and easy to deal with. We had one small issue at PCI that wasn’t ever really a huge deal. The quality is fantastic, all the fear of spending the money on a house and in the current climate not getting what you feel you’ve signed up for just disappeared early on in the build. Can’t recommend WOW enough, our build time was great, quality fantastic and overall experience super easy.
Can only suggest consider building with WOW if you’re looking to build. You won’t be disappointed!

From start to finish Wow Homes has gone above and beyond to build our dream home. Despite many obstacles (COVID, train derailments etc) Wow Homes built our home in a timely fashion while still providing the incredible quality of work and products they are known for. The building journey with Wow Homes has been fantastic. The level of customer service is amazing which makes for a stress free experience. Everyone along the way has been awesome (Kane, Ernie, Hannah, Hang and Darren). All my queries were answered promptly and Hang was brilliant with her updates to advise what was happening. Practical Completion meeting was a breeze with only a few minor issues and Darren was great with walking me through the house and explaining everything. The workmanship and quality of the build is excellent and I am so glad that I chose Wow Homes to build my home and couldn’t be happier.

I went with WOW homes after a workmate said they had no issues and a very speedy build, so I decided to go with them and its been a very good experience. We had our slab down in June 2022 and had keys handed over to us May 2023 so I am very happy with all of the work and service that has been provided by the whole team there

Second time with Wow Homes. We built our first house with Wow homes in 2017. Best experience ever! We ended up having the house that we dreamed about. No issues, very professional and helpful. A few months ago we decided to endure a new adventure and try to build a new house, bigger than the first one. Went back to Wow homes, talked about size of land and ideas for the new house. The new experience was even better than the first one. I have to admit that I have been very picky about the new house, having very clear ideas and the staff has been so understanding and helpful on the all processes. And here we are!!! I built my first home with Wow two years ago, and I’m now building my second home with them. I wouldn’t build with anyone else – they are absolutely amazing in every way, from securing financing through to design and build. My life has changed a lot since my first home, with the addition of kids and a zoo full of animals. I thought that we might not be able to build/find another home in the school area we needed, for our budget. Not only did Wow help us find the perfect block (more than we could have hoped for!) but the design process for the home was so holistic and thoughtful. It has taken into account our current needs, and what we will need in the future. Such a pleasure to work with!!!

First home dream. The whole process was an absolute breeze! They were quick, high quality & transparent. They have the best client liaison I have ever dealt with in a company. She provides updates regularly without fail and is happy to answer any questions. I’ve been in my home coming up to a month now and it’s so perfect. The sales team will find you the best possible fit for you and then the construction team do any amazing job. There are 4 houses in my street that I started after and finished before, while still keeping such high quality of workmanship. Massive thank you to the WoW Homes team!

From the moment I received the first phone call, through each step of the build, I have felt completely supported by the whole team at WOW homes. I have totally enjoyed my building experience, even during this difficult time. The tradies were awesome and friendly too. Because of the great communication they took steps to make sure my house was completed quickly so I didn’t end up homeless when the rental I was in, was getting sold. The girls in the office share the excitement with me and I have moved in this week, issue with a door and they sent someone out the next morning and getting it fixed without any problem. I truly love my little place. Thank you to everyone at wow homes I cant wait to build with you again 🙂

We cannot even begin to explain how amazing Oliver has been & we are so lucky that we said yes to meeting Oliver a few months back. As it is our first time building a home we did not know where to start. Oliver walked us through every detail from beginning to end whilst answering our thousand questions without any worries. He answered every call and has gone above and beyond for us. We never thought that we would eventually own our own home but here we are coming into the 4th month & our bricks are up and roof cover is approaching with frame work in progress.
