Note that high ceiling inclusion may require customisation to meet design requirements. The home must be constructed in a locality approved by Wow Group (W.A.) Pty Ltd within the Perth metro area. On signing a PPA (Preparation Of Plans Agreement) that a $3,000 deposit will be required. The F.H.O.G. does form part of the Builders Promotion. And is a separate government incentive. Promotion is for a limited time determined by the sole discretion of Wow Group (W.A.) Pty Ltd. The builder may use discretion as to whether the promotion is to be extended or continued. $2000 Flight Voucher Promotion

Prize is available to WA residents only. Entrants must enter via the Facebook advertisement. Prize will be drawn once a month, at the end of each month. Offer will be paid in the form of bank transfer to the equivalent amount of $2000AUD or a flight voucher. Offer can be used towards initial deposit to build. Offer can be subject to change without notice. Offer is non-transferable. Offer is for flights only, unless agreed upon buy the builder for other use. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless the builder agrees. Offer must be redeemed within 3 months of winning date. Builder is not responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever that may arise.
